We provide flexible business support across three core areas: Business Support, Content & Copy, and Project Support. That might include managing your inbox and diary, customer service, creating website or newsletter content, supporting a podcast, coordinating projects or simply taking care of the day-to-day tasks that keep your business moving.
If you're not sure whether we can help, just ask. Every business is different, and we’ll always let you know honestly if we’re the right fit.

It all starts with a conversation.
Once you've been in touch, we'll arrange an initial - no obligation - call to chat about your business, what you're looking for and where you could use support. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll put together a tailored proposal and we can agree what working together looks like.

Because every business is different, we don't offer one-size-fits-all packages.
Some clients need ongoing monthly support, while others need help with a one-off project or a few hours each month. Once we understand what you're looking for, we’ll provide a bespoke quote based on the level of support you need.

Technology has transformed the way many of us work, and it's a brilliant tool. We use it too, where it helps us work more efficiently.
But great executive support has never been about completing tasks alone.
It's about understanding how you work, anticipating your needs, building trust and becoming a natural extension of your business. That's something technology can support, but it can't replace.
-
Businesses evolve, and your support can too.
As your priorities change, we'll regularly review how your support is being used. If your requirements grow or shift significantly, we'll simply adapt your support plan so it continues to reflect what your business needs most.

Yes! Estuary Works was inspired by our founder, Lisa’s, home in Essex, but we work remotely with businesses across the UK. If you're local, or your project would benefit from meeting in person, we are always happy to arrange that too. Whether we're working remotely or face to face, our approach stays the same: thoughtful, collaborative and tailored to the way you work.
-
Not at all. Some clients work with us on a regular retainer, while others come to me for one-off projects or support during particularly busy periods.
Don’t worry, we’ll find an arrangement that works for your business.

If you're spending more time managing your business than growing it, constantly juggling admin or finding there's never enough time to focus on the work only you can do, it may be time to bring in support.
Hiring executive support isn't about handing everything over. It's about creating more time and headspace with someone who understands how you work and helps your business run more smoothly behind the scenes.
